Dental Quiz And Other Dental Info From Humana (DDS)

Dental health is very important to everyone. It is important for all of us to see a Dentist (once or twice a year). Did you know your Dentist can help you monitor your overall health and not just for your teeth and mouth. Note that seeing an eye doctor can help you monitor your overall health in addition to making sure your are seeing well.

I did discover a nice tool from Humana (HumanaOne). It is a Dental IQ quiz.

I took a few minutes to take this quiz and see how I am doing. Like most of us I need to improve and this quiz gives you some ideas on what to work on. You can print it out and have a copy when you do go in for your next dental appointment.
